Minimum Qualifications

• MSW, PsyD, PhD, or M.A./M.S. in behavioral health from an accredited program

Location

Fully Remote in Pennsylvania

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant private workspace
• Engage with individuals over the phone, providing emotional support
• Build rapport, assess risks, and document interactions thoroughly
• Provide resources, referrals, and develop safety plans
• Intervene during emergencies as needed

Training and Schedule

Initial six-week paid virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST. Post-training schedules are developed in coordination with the scheduling department. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required.
