Responsibilities include redesigning how work gets done, enabling leaders to act independently, and cultivating evidence-based use of AI and automation in HR initiatives. Strong communication and facilitation are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in Human Resources.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsabilidades

• Design processes, workflows, or digital solutions from the ground up.
• Lead work redesign efforts with HR partners and functions across geographies.
• Partner with technology teams and external vendors to translate business needs into workable solutions.
• Enable business leaders and HR partners to act independently through education and tools.
