Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee program staff serving veterans transitioning from unsheltered homelessness to permanent housing.
• Develop and revise case management, entitlement, and employment workflows.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and professional development of staff.
• Design surveys to measure program outcomes and satisfaction.
