Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, economics, finance, or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in strategy within life sciences.
• Ability to independently lead complex strategic workstreams.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. strategic planning efforts and executive-level storytelling.
• Assess performance, investments, and resource allocation.
• Design and manage cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end.
