Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, pharma operations, market access, or related biopharma roles.
• Proven business acumen; ability to produce boardroom-ready materials.
• Strong planning, project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Negotiation and influence to align stakeholders and secure commitments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operating Rhythm: run the MA&R operating model; prepare executive-ready pre-reads and updates.
• Budget, Resourcing & Operational Tracking: support budget processes and trackers; coordinate with finance and leadership.
• Operational Excellence & Execution: drive process improvements; remove barriers to execution across access, pricing, and payer engagement.
