Qualifications

• PhD in Cardiovascular Biology or related field.
• 8+ years in biomarker development within biopharma/biotech.
• Experience leading clinical biomarker strategy and operations.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong publication record and regulatory document exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead clinical biomarker strategy across cardiomyopathy programs.
• Oversee discovery and development of tissue and circulating biomarkers.
• Lead assay development, validation, and CRO transfer for clinical use.
• Manage biomarker operations, data quality, and cross-functional translation.
• Represent Translational Medicine on cross-functional teams and protocols.
