The role requires a PhD in Biology and 7+ years in translational medicine within immuno‑inflammatory diseases, with strong leadership, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.

Qualifications

PhD in Biology or related field required.
7+ years in translational medicine for immuno-inflammatory diseases.
Experience translating disease biology into drug development strategies.
Experience managing CROs and TLs across projects.
Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication skills for internal governance and external communications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Designs program-specific translational plans and biomarker strategies.
Selects assays and vendors for clinical biomarkers; outsources development when needed.
Manages biomarker data delivery and timelines across functions and CROs.
Prepares internal and external translational/biomarker presentations.
Keeps publication timelines aligned with Medical Communications and Publications teams.
Applies literature to inform translational strategies and asset biology.
Collaborates with researchers and external partners to address key mechanistic questions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
