Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking an Associate Medical Director, Clinical Development to advance innovative therapies for immunology diseases. This role requires strong medical leadership, overseeing clinical trials with a hybrid work schedule of two days on-site weekly in Boston, MA.

The ideal candidate has an MD/DO, preferably with board certification and extensive experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Key duties include protocol development, medical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive high-quality clinical programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in clinical development within pharma/biotech.
• Experience treating lupus or systemic sclerosis patients preferred.
• Deep expertise in autoimmune diseases, specifically lupus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trials, including protocol development and oversight.
• Monitor patient safety and ensure protocol adherence.
• Review and author key clinical and regulatory documents.
