BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director in Translational Research and Translational Medicine for Immunology to join our team.

You will lead clinical biomarker strategies across immunology programs, guiding dose, patient selection, and decision-making with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes biomarker leadership, collaboration with assay development and CDx, and contributing to publications and external communications.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in immunology or related life science with 4+ years in translational medicine.
• Experience in autoimmune/immune‑mediated diseases; exposure to dermatology/rheumatology/nephrology/IBD preferred.
• Strong biomarker strategy, data interpretation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the clinical biomarker lead for assigned immunology programs.
• Design and implement translational biomarker strategies to inform patient selection and dose.
• Interpret biomarker data to support study execution and program decisions.
• Collaborate with assay development, CDx, clinical operations, and analytics teams.
• Lead biomarker content for protocols and related documents.
• Coordinate external vendors and translational activities.
• Identify gaps and support targeted translational research efforts.
• Apply immunology expertise to guide biomarker choices across programs.
• Contribute to scientific publications and external communications.
