Job summary

Felician University is seeking a dynamic, creative Associate Director of Academic Operations to oversee a variety of office functions and ensure efficient management within the Office of Registration and Records. S/He will have broad oversight of education support services.

The role requires collaboration across departments, exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and alignment with the Felician Franciscan mission.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred in higher education administration or related field.
• 3+ years in higher education; Registrar & Records experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FERPA and student records privacy; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office functions and manage academic operations in the Office of Registration and Records.
• Train staff and students on new technologies; support Felician Franciscan mission.
