Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate Director of Training to lead the Training organization across the Group Vice President area. You will drive compliance and performance improvements within a regulated environment, align training with business strategy, and build a connected training community across NN/GMS.

You will lead Training Managers and Partners, manage budgets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and capability development across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare).
• Proven people management of senior and middle managers.
• Strong knowledge of training systems, inspections, and CQMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training personnel across the GVP area and set clear direction for training partners.
• Drive compliance, continuous improvement, and capability development across sites.
• Oversee budget, resources and standards; coordinate across NN/GMS training.
• Build networks of training leaders and align with enterprise projects and goals.
• Ensure training programs meet regulatory inspection readiness and quality standards.
