Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate Director of Training to lead the Training organization across the GVP area, aligning training with business strategy and driving compliance and performance improvements in a regulated environment.

The role involves leading Training Managers and Partners, building a connected training community, and delivering capability-building initiatives across the GVP area while partnering with site leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent working knowledge of training systems in regulated environments (pharmaceuticals)
• People leadership experience; leading leaders preferred
• Strong Lean (or Lean Six Sigma) training competencies in manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead Training personnel across the GVP area and set direction for training partners and teams
• Ensure training compliance and inspection readiness, CGxP alignment
• Drive alignment, capability development, and standardization of training practices across NN/GMS
• Manage budget, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of continuous learning
