Job summary

Joint Commission International seeks an Associate Director of Executive Thought Leadership & Special Projects to translate priorities into compelling speeches, presentations and social content for senior leaders. You will shape authentic voices and coordinate external and internal messaging aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writer and storyteller capable of capturing senior executives' voice.
• Experience developing executive presentations, speeches and talking points.
• Proven ability to work with C-suite and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with healthcare industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executive Thought Leadership & Content: develop and evolve thought leadership strategies for executives; translate priorities into differentiated platforms; develop speeches, talking points, social content and strategic briefings; capture the executives’ voice and align with enterprise priorities; identify opportunities for senior leaders to engage in healthcare conversations; ensure content is polished for audience and channel.
