• 8-10 years in corporate communications or related fields.
• Proven ability to secure thought leadership opportunities in national media.
• Experience staffing senior leaders for high-visibility engagements.
• Strong storytelling and writing to translate complex topics.

• Plan and execute thought leadership opportunities for the leadership team.
• Identify and evaluate strategic thought leadership aligned with priorities.
• Develop earned media pitches for top-tier outlets.
• Lead strategic sponsorships aligned with objectives and leadership goals.
• Create messaging and materials for leadership and initiatives.
• Monitor impact, metrics, and benchmarking; conduct peer analysis.
• Collaborate on crisis planning and readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic counsel during emerging issues and crises.
• Develop crisis response plans coordinating with stakeholders.
