AT&T is seeking an Associate Director, Technology Risk to lead the TDOR organization, aligning governance, risk priorities, and strategic initiatives across control functions. You will translate executive direction into actionable plans, drive accountability, and oversee portfolio performance and execution progress.

The role requires strong executive communication, 10+ years in technology risk, and 5+ years of people leadership in a large enterprise.

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity (required/desirable).
• 10+ years in technology risk, governance, cybersecurity, operations, resilience, or audit.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a complex enterprise.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple tech domains.
• Familiarity with applying AI/ML in cybersecurity contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the TDOR organization.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, resources, and execution across control functions.
• Drive alignment between governance objectives, risk priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and operational readiness.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional barriers, conflicts, and execution risks.
• Translate executive direction into actionable plans and organizational priorities.
• Provide integrated visibility into portfolio performance, risk posture, maturity, and initiatives.
• Lead operational reviews and portfolio governance activities.
• Escalate material risks and execution issues requiring leadership intervention.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure TDOR objectives are delivered.
