AT&T is seeking an Associate Director of Technology Risk in Alpharetta to lead TDOR operations and ensure strategic alignment across control functions. You will coordinate priorities, resources, and governance activities while driving execution and accountability across the portfolio.

The role requires deep experience in technology risk, strong executive communication, and the ability to translate strategic direction into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity desired.
• 10+ years of technology risk, governance, cybersecurity, operations, resilience, or related experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a complex enterprise.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques in cybersecurity contexts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the TDOR organization.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, resources, and execution across control functions.
• Drive alignment between governance objectives, risk priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and operational readiness.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional barriers and execution risks.
• Translate executive direction into actionable plans and organizational priorities.
• Provide integrated visibility into portfolio performance and risk posture.
• Lead governance reviews, leadership cadences, and portfolio governance activities.
• Escalate material risks or execution issues requiring leadership intervention.
