You will drive governance, portfolio visibility, and alignment of priorities, ensuring accountability and successful execution with stakeholders. Leadership experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
• 10+ years of technology risk, governance, cybersecurity, operations, resilience or related experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a complex enterprise.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple technology domains.
• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques in cybersecurity contexts (anomaly detection, threat hunting, analytics, risk scoring).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the TDOR organization.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, resources, and execution across control functions.
• Drive alignment between governance objectives, risk priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and readiness.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional barriers, conflicts, and execution risks.
• Translate executive direction into actionable plans and organizational priorities.
• Provide integrated visibility into portfolio performance, risk posture, maturity, and initiatives.
• Lead operational reviews, leadership cadences, and portfolio governance activities.
• Escalate material risks and execution issues requiring leadership intervention.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure TDOR objectives are delivered.
