Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Management/Development/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• MBA or MS in national security, international affairs, or engineering with extensive DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business development lead for tactical strike, launched effects, and platform integration opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and align PF&M engagement strategies with customer processes and mission sets.
• Develop capture strategies and business cases aligned to customer needs, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage multiple pursuit captures with gates, timelines and budgets; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders; facilitate collaboration across teams.

Education
