Job summary

Midlands Technical College North Lake Center seeks an Associate Director of Student Services to serve as a primary college representative and enrollment liaison for designated schools. You will collaborate with college administrators, school districts, and education partners to develop and implement comprehensive educational opportunities and student support services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience in student services programs.
• Master’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in student services, enrollment management, or a related higher education field. Knowledge of student financial aid processes, including FAFSA completion and related student support services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities and provide front-line enrollment and student support services.
• Coordinate course scheduling and enrollment processes to support timely registrations.
• Support recruitment and retention initiatives and strengthen pathways for Dual Enrollment, Adult Education, Career and Technical Education, Corporate and Continuing Education, and other college programs.
• Create a seamless experience for students transitioning from high school or adult education into Midlands Technical College programs and credentials.
