Job summary

Arizona State University’s College of Integrative Sciences and Arts seeks an Associate Director of Student Lifecycle Engagement to develop, coordinate, and advance college-wide engagement strategies connecting student experiences, alumni participation, employer relationships, and lifelong affiliation with CISA.

The role collaborates across ASSET, School Directors, faculty leaders and development partners to align initiatives with academic programs, applied learning, and career transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to the Executive Director, School Directors, development partners, and college leadership in identifying opportunities for emerging alumni, philanthropic alignment, constituent engagement, and long-term affiliation with CISA.
• Identify, strengthen, and lead strategic initiatives focused on later-stage student engagement, alumni mentoring, post-graduation connection, and career transition.
• Partner with School Directors, faculty leaders, and college leadership to identify school-specific alumni, employer, community, and constituent engagement opportunities aligned with academic programs, applied learning, student success, and workforce pathways. Design, pilot, and scale repeatable models that connect across CISA’s schools, campuses, and modalities.
• Serve as a liaison among ASSET units, academic units, development, employer engagement, and college leadership.
• Represent CISA on relevant college and university committees and prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and recommendations for college leadership.
• Provide strategic recommendations to ASSET, School Directors, and college leadership on emerging alumni, partner, workforce, and constituent engagement opportunities.
