Job summary

John Jay College of Criminal Justice is seeking a Student Career Program Manager to lead the Career Learning Lab initiatives. You will work with Department Chairs, Faculty, Internship Coordinators, and program directors to prepare students for paid, career-aligned experiential learning opportunities.

You will build and lead a team of career industry advisors while connecting students to internships, apprenticeships, and co-ops, weaving employer engagement into academic life through classrooms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key link between Career Learning Lab and academic departments campus-wide.
• Lead a team of career industry advisors and cultivate relationships with faculty, chairs, and program coordinators.
• Engage students for internships, apprenticeships, capstone projects, and experiential learning opportunities.
• Bridge classroom curricula with employer engagement and career development within academic life.
