Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six years of related experience; Master's preferred.
• Experience connecting academic programs with employer workforce needs.
• Experience developing internship or experiential-learning pipelines.
• Experience with university recruiting and employer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with students early and maintain engagement throughout career development.
• Conduct targeted student outreach and recruitment.
• Manage candidate communications and follow-up.
• Connect students to internships, employment, apprenticeships, and experiential learning.
• Coach students through employer recruitment processes.
• Facilitate student participation in employer recruitment.
• Monitor student engagement, interview progression, and placement.
• Provide referrals to Career Advisors for individualized career preparation.
• Partner with faculty to identify qualified students and establish referral processes.
• Introduce employers into classrooms and coordinate career-connected learning.
• Oversee internships and industry immersion experiences.
• Support industry projects and applied learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with faculty to connect academic learning with employer needs.
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with faculty and internship coordinators.
• Develop relationships across the college to expand career opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree and six years related experience

Bachelor's degree with six years in related field; Master's preferred

Experience connecting academic programs and curricula to employer workforce needs

Experience developing internship/experiential learning pipelines

Experience with university recruiting and employer engagement

Knowledge of career readiness competencies and student career development

Experience working with diverse student populations

Knowledge of labor-market trends and workforce needs

Experience developing scalable student outreach systems

Marketing experience: collateral, social media, analytics

Proficiency with Handshake, VMock, EAB Navigate

Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally

Willingness to participate in weekend/evening commitments

Strong program/project management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
