Urban Dove is seeking an Associate Director of Student Admissions to lead strategy, planning, and execution of recruitment and admissions across Urban Dove schools. You will supervise the Student Admissions Manager and guide the team’s outreach to schools, communities, prospective students, and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• At least five years of relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, education, nonprofit leadership, project management, or related field.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Strong project-management skills with multiple priorities, deadlines, and team members.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to travel among Urban Dove schools and attend occasional evening/weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Urban Dove’s network-wide student recruitment and admissions strategy.
• Create annual and seasonal recruitment plans with goals, timelines, responsibilities, and benchmarks.
• Lead planning for major recruitment periods including summer, back-to-school, and midyear enrollment.
• Oversee systems for tracking prospective students and develop recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Monitor enrollment projections, conversion rates, and effectiveness of outreach activities.
• Supervise the Student Admissions Manager and support the Admissions Assistants.
• Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountability for the admissions team.
• Represent Urban Dove at recruitment events and community meetings.
• Collaborate with School Leaders and CMO staff to support enrollment goals.
