Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. seeks an Associate Director to lead growth with the State of South Carolina and localities. You will drive a sustainable portfolio of existing engagements and new firm growth, overseeing consulting staff and ensuring targets are met.

You will work across business design, organizational strategy, program strategy, financial modeling, and implementation, while building relationships with senior SC government leaders and expanding the practice through new opportunities and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university.
• 7+ years of total work experience; ideally in industry, research, or consulting.
• 3+ years leading large-scale programs or engagements with state agencies.
• Strong relationships with leaders in SC state agencies and localities.
• Experience with government acquisition processes and BD practices.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a portfolio of client engagements and staff; meet contractual targets.
• Strategize with teams, facilitate communications, and manage risk.
• Ensure high-quality work product and engagement quality.
• Develop relationships with executives in SC state agencies and localities.
• Lead new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff; foster growth.
