Qualifications

• 7+ years experience serving public sector clients, particularly state or local government.
• Proven success in originating and closing consulting engagements with revenue growth.
• Strong technology proficiency in IT modernization, cloud, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• Established executive network within Missouri state government.

Responsibilities

• Grow Missouri-based consulting book aligned with strategic priorities.
• Develop executive-level client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Lead business development, including opportunity identification, proposals, pricing, and deal closure.
• Oversee complex, technology-enabled engagements ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Quality control for deliverables per Guidehouse standards.
• Provide strategic direction for initiatives like technology modernization and data analytics.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and account planning.
• Recruit and mentor consulting talent and foster high-performance culture.
• Support practice operations including financial performance and resource planning.
• Collaborate with teaming partners on joint go-to-market plans.
