Qualifications

• Credentials in Education or similar field are required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with serious emotional disabilities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all students are educated in accordance with IEPs.
• Observation of classrooms and feedback to staff.
• Weekly staff meetings and regional activities attendance.
• Supervising staff with goal reviews and professional development.
• Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with licensing policies.
• Communicating with parents, district personnel, and stakeholders.
