Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) in Colorado is seeking a Director to advance student potential by collaborating with teachers to deliver individualized services. You will monitor progress, communicate with parents, and guide staff using our SESI model, PBIS strategies, and IEP compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, district relations, staff development, and ensuring alignment with state licensing and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences, or related field.
• Administration credential preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure academic policies and curriculum are followed.
• Develop and track benchmarks for institutional success.
• Help teachers maximize their teaching potential.
• Meet with parents and administrators regularly for problem resolution.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing PBIS practices.
• Lead the development and implementation of a school-wide PBIS program.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain the school's budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Analyze profit and loss statements, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
