Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) operates SESI Schools and seeks a School Director to lead the School Program, ensuring quality and compliance while supervising staff and tracking progress toward goals.

Responsibilities include managing academic policies, stakeholder relations, and ensuring adherence to IEPs, PBIS, and state licensing requirements. SESI offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• Administration and special education teaching credential preferred
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic policies and curriculum.
• Develop and track benchmarks for institutional success.
• Support teachers to maximize teaching potential.
• Meet regularly with students, parents, and administrators to resolve issues.
• Lead and support PBIS and behavior management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records including licensing, student and staff documentation.
• Develop and monitor the school budget and financial reporting.

Education

Master’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences, or a related field
