Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey seeks a senior IT leader to champion DevSecOps across development, operations and security for secure internal tooling and automation applications.

You will guide a multi-disciplinary team applying GitOps, AI-enhanced practices, and CI/CD pipelines, optimize workflows with Agile tooling, establish real-time monitoring and IaC, and drive end-to-end delivery with strong financial analysis and TOGAF/ITIL awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
• Eight or more years of relevant experience required
• Six or more years of experience in IT and managing telecommunications solutions
• Six or more years of experience in a customer facing leadership role with accountability for end to end delivery
• Five or more years of architecture experience in IT and/or telecom based products and services
• Five or more years of experience delivering customer presentations and preparing customer-facing material
• Knowledge of TOGAF and/or ITIL standards for architecture and delivery
• Financial analysis experience (P&L, ROI, cost analysis, business case development)
• AI Tools customer experience within contact centers
