Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3+ years in small molecule GMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the small molecule process engineering team to support startup and GMP operations.
• Define standards for engineering work products and processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet capital, schedule, and compliance goals.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.
