Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA is seeking a senior Training & Learning leader to design, implement, and mature comprehensive training programs across GxP and non-GxP domains. You will partner with science, QA, and operations teams to align development priorities with regulatory expectations.

The role emphasizes leveraging modern learning technologies, including AI and Articulate 360, to raise engagement, standardize content, and improve user experience while maintaining strict governance

Qualifications

  • University degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Substantial experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated environments.
  • Training Management (GxP/non-GxP), L&D, Change Management; familiarity with Articulate 360.
  • Proven track record delivering training initiatives that drive engagement in mid-size pharma companies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking to translate objectives into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency with LMS/QMS platforms (e.g., Veeva Quality) and leveraging AI for learning solutions.

Benefits/Remuneration (US):

Expected Pay Range $146,300/year to $234,100/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (variable).
