Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field required.
- 8+ years in biotech/pharma with 3+ years in project management.
- Experience leading enterprise or cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience with AI-enabled projects and organizational change management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated project plans, partner with senior leaders and external stakeholders, manage risks, and lead organizational change management to enable adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Drive project execution, governance, and communication, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
