Job summary

Adelphi Research US, part of Omnicom, seeks an Associate Director for Qualitative Market Research in a hybrid role across Doylestown/NYC/Philadelphia/Chicago. You will lead design and delivery of bespoke qualitative projects for pharma clients, with travel as needed and a focus on actionable insights across development stages.

You’ll moderate interviews and focus groups, author reports, and nurture client relationships while contributing to new business development and meeting annual sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree essential; advanced education preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a market researcher in pharma.
• Strong understanding of market research needs in pharma/biotech products.

Responsibilities

• The design, management, and delivery of all aspects of superior custom qualitative research projects.
• Ability to work on and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expert in moderating telephone/in-person in-depth interviews and focus groups.
• Writing ability to author report deliverables.
• Expert partnering with clients to find creative solutions to address key business issues; expanding and nurturing those relationships.
• Active participation in new business development with responsibility for annual sales/profitability target.
• In person client travel is required.
