Job summary

Adelphi Research in the United States seeks a seasoned market research professional with 8–12+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare space to join our Strategy and Planning team. You will design and lead qualitative studies across the drug life cycle, delivering strategic insights and mentoring staff.

You will advance client relationships, contribute to business development, and present findings to senior stakeholders. This is an office-based role aligned with Omnicom expectations in the US.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years hands-on experience designing and implementing qualitative studies.
• Deep understanding of market research needs for pharmaceutical/biotech products across life cycle stages.
• High level of ability to elevate qualitative results into strategic, business-focused insights.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring staff and expanding client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement qualitative studies across the drug life cycle in pharma/biotech.
• Moderate telephone/in-person in-depth interviews and focus groups.
• Consult strategically to deliver solid, insightful reports and presentations to clients.
• Mentor junior and senior staff in market research and industry knowledge.
• Develop new research methodologies and methods to generate actionable insights and improve processes.
• Grow new business and nurture existing client relationships.
