Job summary

Adelphi Research seeks a Qualitative Associate Director to design and manage advanced qualitative studies in the pharmaceutical space. You will moderate in-depth interviews and focus groups, write comprehensive reports, and partner with clients to deliver actionable insights.

The role requires at least 5 years in pharma market research, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel for in-person client work. Hybrid office presence is expected as part of Omnicom’s in-office policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of pharma market research experience.
• Deep understanding of pharma/biotech MR across product life cycles.
• Strong teamwork in large, collaborative projects; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and deliver custom qualitative research projects.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Moderate telephone and in-person interviews and focus groups.
• Write reports and deliverables.
• Develop client relationships and assist in new business development.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
