Job summary

Adelphi Research US, part of Omnicom, seeks an Associate Director of Quantitative Market Research to join a pharma-focused team in a hybrid role (Doylestown, PA and other US locations). You will design and manage advanced quantitative studies, mentor staff, and help grow client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on pharma/biotech MR, strong analytic and presentation skills, and involvement in new business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience designing and managing pharmaceutical/biotech custom quantitative research.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.
• Team player who is flexible and willing to pitch in.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage typical and advanced quantitative research studies for pharma/biotech products across lifecycle stages.
• Mentor and train junior staff in quantitative research and pharma industry knowledge.
• Partner with clients to find creative solutions and expand relationships; participate in new business development.
