You will lead multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver strategic insights.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team, contributing to new business development and ensuring high-quality research outputs for pharma/biotech products across phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience designing and managing all aspects of pharmaceutical/biotech custom quantitative research.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.
• Team player who is flexible and willing to pitch in.

Responsibilities

• Design typical and advanced quantitative research studies (custom questionnaires, tracking studies, demand, conjoint, segmentation) with limited oversight by senior staff.
• Mentor and train junior staff in quantitative research and pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
• Partner with clients to find creative solutions to business issues and nurture client relationships.
• Participate in new business development.
