Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of software product engineering experience with AI and leadership roles.
• 5+ years in management with onshore/offshore team leadership.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and lead software engineering teams.
• Manage performance reviews and staff development.
• Collaborate with architecture, agile, product, and infrastructure teams to drive delivery.
• Drive AI initiatives and ensure security practices.
• Provide production support as needed.
