Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related field with API/chemical manuf experience.
• 3+ years of experience in small molecule GMP manufacturing.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise process engineering staff across sites.
• Develop SOPs for startup and post-startup phases.
• Oversee project deliverables, design decisions, and commissioning strategies.
• Plan operating expenses, capital, and headcount targets.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
