Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, and onboard a significant number of top talents to the Oligonucleotides Process Engineering team.
• Develop and implement SOPs for startup and post-startup phases, and plan expenses and headcount.
• Provide oversight of staffing, recruitment, performance reviews, and cross-functional alignment.
