Banner Lassen Medical Center in Susanville, CA, seeks an Associate Director to oversee Perioperative Services. This 40-hour-week leadership role blends clinical expertise with nursing management, guiding quality and cost-efficiency across the unit.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in perioperative services with 2 years in supervision, holds CNOR/CAMB/CSSM/CPAN certifications, and is a licensed RN with BLS. Master’s degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5 years recent experience in Perioperative Services with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Specialty Certification: CNOR, CAMB, CSSM or CPAN.
• RN license in state of practice with BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Manages and oversees Perioperative Operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Leads quality and process improvement initiatives with compliance to regulatory agencies.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting and resource allocation for the department.
• Develops staff leadership and succession planning within the unit.
• Coordinates with physicians and staff to facilitate patient-centered care.
