Job summary

Banner Lassen Medical Center is seeking an Associate Director for Medical Imaging in Susanville, CA. The role requires leadership of the imaging team, strategic planning, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a critical access hospital setting.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with multiple departments to improve patient flow and outcomes. ARRT certification, state licensure, and advanced imaging credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years supervisory experience in imaging.
• ARRt certification and state licensure required.
• Advanced imaging certifications (MRI, Nuclear Medicine, CT, Mammography) preferred.
• Must have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and provides operational, financial, managerial, and clinical support within imaging department.
• Supervises staff; participates in hiring, orientation, evaluation and scheduling.
• Leads patient-centered care and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Serves as a resource to achieve optimal clinical, operational, financial, and satisfaction outcomes.
• Participates in department budgeting and ensures alignment with goals.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies and safety policies.
