Job summary

Banner Health Corporate is seeking an Associate Director Registered Nurse RN Intraop to lead clinical and operational initiatives in the OR, both inpatient and outpatient. This full-time role focuses on staff development, change management, and enhancing departmental efficiencies within a Magnet-recognized system.

The ideal candidate will have prior OR leadership experience, BSN (MSN preferred), and a strong track record in leadership, coaching, and budget stewardship.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical management experience relevant to patient population.
• Strong knowledge of clinical care management and quality requirements.
• Leadership, communication, decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and clinical leadership to patients and staff.
• Oversee department leadership development and staff retention.
• Develop and implement quality and process improvement initiatives.
