Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Associate Director for Patient & Provider Solutions to design, develop, and lead patient services initiatives from a Ridgefield, CT base. The role requires aligning brand strategy with access programs that help patients afford products and improve adherence across reimbursement, call centers, and retail pharmacies.

The position is on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility 2-3 days on-site.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred with 3–5 years in market access, marketing, patient services or related experience.
• Experience executing patient services strategy and/or affordability programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement/affordability and payer landscape.

Mansioni

• Develops and oversees patient support programs for assigned products across prior authorization, financial assistance, and adherence programs.
• Leads execution and management of patient service programs with copay and adherence vendors.
• Coordinates day-to-day activities for patient support across all vendors and touchpoints.
• Collaborates with Brand Marketing, Payor Marketing, Contracting & Pricing, and analytics teams to align programs with brand objectives.
• Ensures programs are compliant and approved by the promotional review committee.
