Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Access in North Wales, PA to lead reimbursement hubs and patient support programs.

You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, and SLAs while aligning hub programs with the Patient Access COE objectives and compliance requirements. The role requires 7+ years in Pharmaceutical Patient Access or related fields, with strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and pricing/reimbursement expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Patient Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, or related fields.
• Vendor management experience including budgeting, contracting, audits and reporting.
• Strong communications, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of patient access hubs and vendor relationships.
• Develop and deploy reimbursement and affordability solutions for US launches.
• Lead program planning including schedules, resources, risks, and communications.
• Collaborate with Brand Teams, Marketing Operations and Legal to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
