Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. seeks a Director of US Hub Programs, Patient Access COE to guide strategy and deployment of patient access hubs for specialty products in a hybrid US setting.

This role partners with brand teams, legal and regulatory, and vendor partners to optimize patient access in a complex market. Lead operational improvements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while aligning with brand strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare commercial roles with patient access experience.
• Experience designing and implementing patient support programs.
• Proven track record managing large vendor hub partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of US market access landscape and reimbursement structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic framework and deployment of patient access hubs for specialty products.
• Lead hub operations and continuous improvement to support patient needs.
• Partner with brand team to address patient access barriers.
• Manage large vendor hub partnerships and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee annual strategy and tactics with cross-functional teams.
• Engage US Commercial teams to educate and design features with vendors.
