• Requires Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant healthcare operations/administrative experience.
• Experience leading multi-location teams and large-scale process improvements.

• Develops and implements initiatives across CPUP and related departments to improve patient access and operations.
• Sets clear performance goals and monitors metrics to drive efficiency and quality.
• Leads shared services and coordinates with senior leadership for unified approaches.
