Job summary

TG Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to lead patient support services for a forthcoming subcutaneous MS launch.

You will design and implement patient-centric programs that enhance access, adherence and overall experience, working closely with Commercial, Market Access, Legal and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years in biopharma focused on patient support, access or reimbursement, and hands-on launch planning experience in MS or neurology.

Qualifications

5-7+ years in biopharma focusing on patient support, access or reimbursement.
Experience supporting product launches, preferably in MS or neurology.
Understanding of MS treatment landscape, patient journey and access challenges.
Experience with patient support programs including hub services and specialty pharmacy models.
Foundational knowledge of reimbursement, payer dynamics and affordability programs.

Responsibilities

Support strategy, design and execution of patient support programs for subcutaneous launch.
Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Legal and Compliance for aligned program development.
Develop innovative, patient-centered solutions to support access, affordability, onboarding and adherence.
Define and operationalize program components, including hub services and field reimbursement support.
Monitor program execution with metrics to ensure effectiveness and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Assist in development of field training materials related to patient services and reimbursement.
Gather insights from patients, providers, and stakeholders to inform improvements.
