Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Director - Partner Marketing – Modern Workplace to lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers responsible for SHI’s EUC partnerships with Apple, Dell, Lenovo, and HP Inc.

This role develops and executes integrated partner growth plans aligning investments, sales priorities, solution plays, and business unit objectives to accelerate revenue growth. The leader will manage planning, MDF investments, KPIs and OKRs, and collaborate with Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading multi-partner marketing strategies within a technology organization.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events - 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Marketing Managers supporting strategic EUC partners.
• Develop annual partner marketing plans aligned with revenue and gross margin targets.
• Manage MDF investments and ensure alignment with SHI growth objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPI/OKR performance for the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, IT, and Digital Marketing to optimize campaigns.
• Lead executive business reviews with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
