Job summary

SHI International Corporation seeks an Associate Director - Partner Marketing to lead a team focused on accelerating revenue growth through strategic cybersecurity partner marketing. You will drive annual growth plans, optimize MDF investments, and push for modernization via scalable digital workflows and data-driven engagement.

The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Executive Leadership to align investments with SHI priorities and sales motions, including 25%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12+ years in partner, channel, or B2B marketing leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading multi-partner marketing strategies in a technology organization.
• Experience defining go-to-market strategies and growth plays.
• Ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience building KPI-driven operating models.
• 3+ years in a management position with development of individual contributors.
• Experience traveling to events (approx. 25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Marketing Managers.
• Oversee annual marketing plans aligned to revenue and gross margin goals.
• Develop investment strategies prioritized by growth potential and business impact.
• Guide creation of customized partner marketing plans aligned to priorities.
• Develop MDF investment strategies to maximize partner funding.
• Use performance insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on business objectives and priorities.
• Champion modernization of partner marketing with scalable digital workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, IT, and Digital Marketing to improve speed and visibility.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Serve as marketing leader and trusted advisor to strategic partners.
• Align investments across Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector, Healthcare, Global, and ASG units.
• Identify growth opportunities with Sales leadership and whitespace accounts.
• Ensure investments support SHI objectives and sales motions.
• Lead executive business reviews on performance and future priorities.
• Establish team priorities, OKRs, and KPIs; monitor progress.
• Drive standardization across planning, execution, reporting, and reviews.
• Develop future leaders within the Partner Marketing organization.
